Overview of the Small Groups Director Role:

The Small Groups Director collaborates with the Small Groups Pastor in leading the small group ministry, with an emphasis on equipping and caring for coaches. They focus on recruiting, semester logistics, and leadership development, ensuring coaches and leaders are resourced to fulfill the Great Commission in small groups.

Commitment: 6-8 hours/week (seasonal increase during group launches and events)

Requirements to serve as the Small Groups Director:

To be eligible for the Small Groups Director role, applicants must meet the following requirements: 

• Completed Next Steps. 
• Giving regular Tithes and Offerings. 
• Giving toward the Brick by Brick campaign. 
• Completed Leadership Track.
• Involved in Small Groups consistently. 
• Currently serving on a Servanthood Team.
