Overview of the First Impressions Director Role:

As the First Impressions Director, you will play a vital role in helping people encounter God by creating an environment where every guest feels welcomed, seen, and valued from the moment they arrive. You’ll oversee and coordinate multiple Servanthood teams—including the Info Center Team, Greeting Team, Parking Lot Team, Hospitality Team,  and Cleaning Team—to ensure a seamless and excellent experience for every guest.

Commitment: 5-6 hours/week

Requirements to serve as the First Impressions Director:

To be eligible for the First Impressions Director role, applicants must meet the following requirements:  

• Completed Next Steps. 
• Giving regular Tithes and Offerings. 
• Giving toward the Brick by Brick campaign. 
• Completed Leadership Track.
• Involved in Small Groups consistently. 
• Currently serving on a Servanthood Team.
