Servanthood Team Captain | Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a SH Team Captain! Below is an overview of the role, as well as the qualifications and requirements for this position. Please read carefully and complete the form to let us know you are interested!

New in 2026:
As we build our team for this season, we want to make sure everyone is set up for success and has the capacity to serve with excellence.

Because of that, we’re asking that anyone applying to be a Team Captain does not also apply to be a Small Group Coach (and vice versa). Each of these roles carries important responsibilities, and we want every leader to be able to give their full focus and energy to one area.

Our goal is to help you serve where you can thrive — not feel stretched too thin. If you’re unsure which role might be the best fit, we’d love to talk it through with you and help you find the right place!
